Human Moths and Butterflies

I see people as moths and butterflies. As the butterfly floats on the air, it seems as if air itself is thankful to guide the butterfly on its journey across a vast landscape of time. Seemingly blessing every soul and energy with even just a passing glance, igniting hearts and minds to see beauty and perhaps, receive a message long overdue. A moth’s vibrational energy is perceived differently, as it works it wings hastily against time and the present moment. As if the elements curse its destructive progress. The moth is perceived as a threat or pest, corporations collect off the stigma surrounding this creature of earth. As if man can justify actions based on minuscule concepts, that simply feeds the ego “false pride” at the expense of a creature that is destroyed by man’s label. Who are the moths and who are the butterflies is determined by perception. I believe we each can be the butterfly or moth, transforming and morphing everyday cycling amongst both. For no one can say that THEIR energy has been that of a saint, as no one can say they have the constant motions of the moth. Depending on the life within the eyes viewing the moth or the butterfly, the two can both be misunderstood. The reason being, both only seek to maintain light.
